For your use is a gorgeous closet with crystal chandelier and an additional space (10x5 ft) with a twin bed, small table & barstool. The house sleeps 3 easily, 4 pretty comfortably (using couch). FYI: We have sweet pups on property.

Howdy! Welcome to our Historic District game day guesthouse. We are conveniently located just blocks from Texas A&M's campus! Kyle Field and Olsen Field are both less than a 12 minute walk from our place. Our gameday guest house is the back house on the property, the front house is currently rented to Texas A&M students! The space is freshly renovated & ready to host up to two guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field & a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are not allowed at The Cottage.
