This is a ground floor, self contained flat within a beautiful country house. The flat has its own entrance. Knockhill is a family home and working farm. The flat is a perfect stop off for those travelling up the M6/M74. A twin room (can be made up as a double) with TV and en suite bathroom (bath, over bath shower, basin and toilet), a sitting room with small kitchen/dining area and sitting area with TV and electric stove heater. We are situated in the centre of Annan, but in a very secluded situation. The property consists of Kitchen/Dining room, Sitting room, downstairs w/c. Two twin rooms and a recently refurbished shower room upstairs. Unfortunately we have no garden area, but there is space to sit outside the front.
