Relaxation, restoration, and renewal await you as you arrive at the peaceful surroundings of Woodsy Retreat, a cottage nestled back in the trees on 5 private acres!!  Prepare to relax here at the cottage with all the comforts of home, but without all the chaos!  The cottage comes complete with these outdoor amenities: hammock, rocking chairs, fire pit, games, grill & more! After hosting hundreds of guests for nearly 5 years, our guests tell us they always leave feeling rested and restored!

The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

The Hollow: Experience Life Off-grid!

The Hollow offers guests an offgrid escape deep in the heart of Middle Georgia’s most beautiful area. Nestled on 5 remote acres, our one-room cabin overlooks a 3 acre pond. Enjoy fishing or sunbathing on the dock, camping, bird watching, and all the beauty of this natural, undisturbed setting. Solar-powered water well and propane water heater for showers in the outhouse. Fire pit & firewood available on site. Limited solar power. *We are currently making improvements to our dock area.*

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Oasis Ridge Cabin - Overlooking Pond

Only 15 min. From I-75, Nestled in a private natural setting, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin offers a tranquil escape. Unwind on the furnished patio, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy a barbecue on the outdoor grill. The spacious yard, flatland and hillside areas provide ample space for family fun. Stroll through the greenery, relax by the pond, or simply soak in the serenity of the surroundings. Create lasting memories in this family-friendly retreat.

The Garden House - 8 minutes to RAFB

Peaceful retreat located on 2.5 acres. Relax and enjoy nature in this one bedroom guest house. Private drive and parking from main house, with easy access to Robins Air Force Base (5 miles), Georgia National Fairgrounds (13 miles), and Warner Robins (6 miles) shopping and restaurants. This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.

Country Home, convenient to RobinsAFB, Perry, I-75

This three bedroom home is a peaceful, simple, basic, and comfortable place to stay. Nothing fancy. Light and airy with an open floor plan. The master bedroom is separate from the other two for plenty of privacy. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. There are two large couches in the living room. There is no Wifi or Cable or TV. Cellular data coverage is great.

Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). There are a few restaurants nearby, a country store and a dollar general and gas stations. We are about 20 mins from I75 and larger stores like Walmart.

The Chicken Coop

Looking for a quiet, cozy getaway? Our converted barn offers southern charm in the countryside. Based on a farm setting, it is sure to include much quiet time and a break from social networking. Enjoy the sounds of the country life by sitting on the front porch and enjoying the beauty of the south.

Separate housing unit with on-site parking located one mile from downtown Warner Robins. Two miles fromWarner Robins AFB. Easy access to I-75 and I-16. Mercer University and the City of Macon reachable under twenty minutes travel time. New bedding. Mini-fridge, stove and microwave units installed.
