A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. We share the backyard but we are careful to ensure that you have privacy. We are in Minerva Avenue, check map for location. We are a short drive from all beaches in the Huskisson & Vincentia area. We are "up the hill" Closest beaches are Nelson, Blenheim and Greenfields Beaches - a 2 minute drive.

My little guesthouse has been listed on Airbnb for 9 years now. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to shops/cafes/restaurants. Minutes to the beach. It boasts its own hot tub exclusively for guest use. I charge no cleaning fees which means my guests save big dollars.
