The Century Suite - Upscale Comfort

Situated in the heart of Downtown Southern Pines, my private entrance suite is a cozy, upscale haven for those seeking convenience and comfort. Located on a quiet street, it’s only a block away from great restaurants and shops and easily walkable to all local hotspots. It’s perfect for those prioritizing location and comfort. The suite provides a comfortable bed, kitchenette and a big tub with provided bath bombs to soak in after a day of golfing, working, exploring town, or serving our country.

Our guesthouse sits on 4 quiet fenced acres about 100 feet from our home. We are about 15 minutes from Pinehurst. Our large, friendly dogs greet you upon arrival and share the same fenced area as the guesthouse. Our barn conversion has a full kitchen, a queen bed and small sofa bed. Coffee maker, wine fridge, fire pit with Adirondack chairs for evening glass of wine or to watch the fireflies. Saltwater pool from mid-May to Mid- Sep. Private two-person hot tub. Pet fee for dogs. sorry, no cats.

Across from the Harness Track and an easy walk to the main clubhouse at Pinehurst sits our villa on the 2nd hole of the Ellis Maples designed Pinehurst No. 5. Our newly renovated 2nd floor unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and and open floor plan. With seating for 8 and 5 beds, you can bring the whole family comfortably. Cook dinner in the kitchen equipped with new stainless and enjoy a glass of wine out of the cooler. This unit has two porches, and both are great for your morning coffee.

Renovated, pet friendly in-law suite (downstairs unit) with a private entrance and no shared living space to the upstairs. Large fenced yard, and 1 mile to downtown So Pines, 6 miles to Pinehurst Resort, king size bedroom, full sleeper sofa, Keurig, a new kitchenette with oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, 50in Amazon Fire TV to link your accounts. A washer/dryer make it great for short term leases! The Suite also has a separate thermostat/A/C. Looking forward to hosting you!
