The Coler room is our master - full private bath, queen bed, makeup vanity, 2 showers, TV, and massaging recliner. The Kessler and Hobbs rooms are the 2 guest rooms of the home with access to a full bath via shared hallway. Each room is equipped with a full bed, closet, and TV. Full Kitchen, full utility, living and dining rooms also.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guesthouse. 10 minutes from Downtown Bentonville, with easy access to Hwy 49, Sam’s Club, NWACC and all that NWA has to offer! You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Coler Cottage

Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.
