Το κατάλυμα είναι δύο επιπέδων μεζονέτα εμβαδού 75 τ.μ. χωρητικότητας έως 5 ατόμων. Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια, μικρές ομάδες. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Βαθύ προσφέροντας εκπληκτική θέα στο λιμάνι. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας και χαλαρώστε στις μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες αυλές, κάτω από αιωνόβιες ελιές. Στην ιδιοκτησία υπάρχει γκαράζ μιας θέσης, το οποίο παραχωρείται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες τις ημέρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Τις άλλες μέρες εύκολα δωρεάν στάθμευση δίπλα στο σπίτι.

It is quiet and cozy with its private front yard enjoying the shade the old vine produces with private parking. The cottage enjoys views of orange trees and fig trees. It is located near famous crystal-clear sandy beaches such as Avithos, Spasmata , Minies and Ammes beach. Car hire arrangements available upon request.

Penelope’s Village Stone House

The house is made of stone and was built in 2020 having the traditional style of the old village as a standard. It is located in the upper neighborhood of Makryotika, a sunny semi-mountainous village with an excellent microclimate. It is built aphitheatrically with view to Agia Efimia's bay, where the most services are located. Additionally, the famous Myrtos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. In the picturesque square you will find a Mini Market and two taverns with great local cuisine.

Our cute 2 bedroom cottages Mihaila Seaside Village are located just 30-40 meters from picturesque beach of Spartia offering a living room with an open-plan kitchen, veranda, bathroom with WC and shower, 2 bedrooms and lovely outside area. It is designed for 4-6 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other - two single beds. For the 5th and 6th guest we can add an extra beds.
