This exquisite apartment is located at Valaoritou street in Agia Paraskevi, one of the most beautiful areas of the southern suburbs of Athens that has a lot of green areas, quietness and safety. Its privileged position offers easy access to Attica Tollway (only 800 m away from junction Y3) and a convenient parking space. Its equipment and furniture are selected with a focus on modern and minimal style. The apartment is arranged so that it can accommodate a couple or a family with (2) children. In the main area, there is a living room with a corner couch that is easily transformed into a bed, situated in front of the fireplace that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere in the cold winter nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware and has a spacious refrigerator, a washing machine and an electric oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. When you open the main French window of the living room, you step out in a beautiful balkony with a lot of plants where you can enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner with the company of friends

My place is close to the airport, to the bus station and to the subway as well. Within 200 meters you have access to a bakery, butcher, mini markets, supermarkets and restaurants. I can arrange the transfer from/to the apartment by private car (extra charge). Government, Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, has to be paid in cash upon arrival. The cost of the tax is 2€ per night from 01 November to 31 March, or 8€ per night from 1 April to 31 October (the prices are per accommodation, not per person)

Right across the street you can find the entrance of Alsos Papagou, an amazing park which includes tennis courts, a playground, a dog park, a football field, a track and field, a theatre and one of the most famous cafe-restaurants in Athens: Piu Verde. Public and private hospitals, embassies and universities are in close distance.
