The cottage is located only 30 minutes from Asheville with its world-class restaurants, entertainment and the famous Biltmore Estate.

Drive 10 minutes to beautiful Maggie Valley or 35 minutes to Asheville to tour the Biltmore Estate!

Looking for an affordable mountain getaway to do a little fishing, relaxing, or just need a break from your hectic everyday life?  Want something comfortable and unique!?  This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

Most Bryson City rentals are a 20-minute drive from town. This one is a 5-minute walk. A historic cottage with two king bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a private backyard, set on a quiet street just blocks from downtown restaurants, breweries, shops, and the Tuckasegee River. Built for couples, friends, and adult groups who’d rather walk to dinner than drive to it. Park when you arrive and don’t think about the car again until you head for the trails.

Centrally located in the heart of all that Western North Carolina has to offer, Roamer's Respite can be your retreat. This 3-story home has great views and lots of space for a family to spread out. Hiking, kayaking, fishing and beautiful drives all around. Paved road access to the front door. Only 5 minutes to Dillsboro, 15 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes to Cherokee and Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 16 minutes to WCU.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home is three miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, one mile from Balsam Mountain Preserve, fifteen minutes from WCU, twenty five minutes from the Great Smokey Mountain National Park and Cherokee Casino and thirty minutes west of Asheville. My gravel drive does have an incline that even small cars can make it up easily. Motorcycles and trailers may find it hard to navigate.
