It is an open plan cottage with very comfortable living space and a large lawn to enjoy the Otago sunshine and admire the views. The cottage is located opposite the local golf course and 2km/7minutes from the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail and Roxburgh Gorge Trail. The cottage is well positioned for enjoying the many outdoor activities, sight seeing and exploring Otago valley.

Duh mora je privatni, ali centralni priobalni bijeg osmišljen kao utočište za parove, nije idealno za malu djecu jer postoje brojne opasnosti kao što su strma, neograđena litica i prometna cesta.
