Villa Pietrantoni si trova in una posizione strategica per chi ha in programma di visitare sia Tivoli che Roma. L’abitazione è fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato ZTL ma vicina al centro storico, al Tribunale e a Villa D’Este (800m) Troverete wi-fi fibra, cucina completamente attrezzata, aria condizionata, un efficiente sistema di riscaldamento, wireless charger e un’area esterna privata e esclusiva con barbecue in muratura. The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

La Terrazza del Quintiliolo - vista mozzafiato

Incantevole villino situato a circa 2 km da Villa Gregoriana e dal centro storico di Tivoli, domina sia la rigogliosa Valle dell'Aniene, che lo splendido panorama su Roma, mentre subito ai suoi piedi si innalza il Santuario della Madonna di Quintiliolo, da cui il villino prende il nome. Sul retro della casa, ad una certa distanza, passano i binari del treno che collega Tivoli a Roma durante l'orario lavorativo dalle 7 AM alle 10 PM: anche questo è un particolare molto suggestivo!

On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.
