It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Fully furnished, kitchen for basic cooking, 1 Queen size bed, Wi-Fi, Alexa and Swimming Pool (not heated) ***. Guests private entrance is through side gate. (key will be in lockbox). Parking is available on street. *** 18 and older. Not suitable for children*** (The pool is for registered guests only.) Visitors who are not staying on the property are not permitted to use it.
