Check out this beautiful 2 bed/2bath escape situated at the end of a long private driveway on the tip of a secluded peninsula, and sandwiched between the majestic Suwanee river and a lovely cypress swamp. Welcome to our 415 sq. ft. tiny home! Our tiny home features a queen bed with a pull out sofa, a full kitchen, bathroom and big front porch. On property there is a 9ft deep swimming pool, pub (with pool tables/games, jukebox that offers beer/wine and food.) a laundromat and a bathhouse. We do offer plenty of parking for vehicles, boats and trailers if needed. Locally there are multiple springs, scalloping, fishing, hunting, bike trails, antique stores, shopping and much more!
