Also a large gravelled seating area with, table and chairs. easy chairs and a fire pit. Wake up to the sounds of birdlife and treat yourself to a dip in the hot tub. Budding chefs can hone their skills on the Gas BBQ or Ooni pizza oven perfect for al fresco dining and there's a fire pit to keep you warm as the night draws in.

Corn-mill Corner

Set in the picturesque and peaceful village of New Abbey. The accommodation comprises of a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and drawer space. Upstairs is the kitchen/living area and a shower room. There is a double sofa bed in the living area allowing beds for 4 people but also available is a single bed which can be placed in the main bedroom for any young children. Belonging to the 17th century Grade II listed High Greenrigg House, it offers all the modern conveniences whilst retaining the character of such an historic building. Watchhall Annexe is a recently converted barn, situated on the edge of the Royal Burgh Town of Annan. Attached to Watchhall House, it overlooks the Solway Firth and has views of the Lake District hills. It is within a 10-minute drive of the M6/M74 corridor on the Scottish-England border at Gretna. The area boasts lots of lovely places to eat and relax. Ideal for walking and cycling. Gretna Gateway Outlet Village and famous wedding venue is just a 10-minute drive away.

Hovel House Shed

The Shed has been custom built, in the paddock, near my small barn conversion. It has a homely atmosphere, with vintage furnishings and up-cycled items. Where possible I’ve tried to be eco friendly. This is a quiet, tranquil place with beautiful views of the Scottish hills beyond the Solway Firth. It’s part of a small hamlet and my former family farm. Animals are often kept in the fields next to The Shed. You’ll experience stunning sunsets and starry skies.
