The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. Not too far to FIFA WC matches (2:15 to AT&T and 3:00 to NRG).
