We have a custom connector trail from the Airbnb entrance to the highly anticipated Little Sugar trail system. You will have a private room with no access to the house. It is totally secluded. We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.

About the Space: Our cottage is nestled in the heart of NWA, on a family-run farm. It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Studio Apartment, hot tub, winter lake views

Kick back and relax in this stylish space built in 2022. Has one queen bed. We added a hot tub! The space has tall ceilings and a kitchenette with a few mini appliances. Enjoy lake view in the winter from the patio where you can hear the boats nearby and enjoy a fire pit and patio seating. The lake is a short walk through the woods on our rustic trail if you are adventurous. Laundry machines available if you get dirty. Short drive to the freeway and world class bike trails.

Museum-hopping, Razorback Greenway access, or "laptop work getaway," Domino will work great for you! Bentonville has many superb restaurants, but we know how valuable it is to have the option of staying in. We aim for a slightly funky DIY aesthetic, as we bring some of our "Burning Man" sensibility to our home in Bentonville. We're located between the Town Square and the 8th Street Market. We're right off of the Razorback Greenway bike/walk trail & about a mile from Walmart HO.

If navigating slopes and multiple steps is difficult, this space may not be the best fit.

Farm is located in a small, safe town of Gentry, 10 minutes to Siloam Springs, XNA airport, and 20 miles to Bentonville. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located shop home. Located just 3 miles off the new bypass you can easily get anywhere in NWA. Downtown Bentonville is just one exit South or you can head North and enjoy the Elk River in just a short 30 minute drive. After a fun day in NWA enjoy a peaceful night around the fire pit with no city lights to tune out the beautiful stars!
