The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, a terrace , parking place and a heated pool. All rooms are air-conditioned and one room has a private bathroom. The house is located a 10-minute drive from the most popular sandy beach and 10 minutes from towns of Zadar and Nin.
