This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury condo, built in 2021, is just steps away from Lake Superior, Canal Park, the infamous Duluth Lakewalk, Greysolon Ballroom, Fitgers, Blacklist Brewery, Duluth's Best Bread, downtown shopping, a casino, public beach access, and more. The 2800sqft condo is bigger than it looks, occupying the entire 2nd floor of an historic Duluth building. NO stairs! Across the street is the Munger Trail for those that prefer to bike and hike on pavement. The St. Louis River is located right down the road for boating, fishing, or kayaking. Lake Superior is within a short 10 minute drive.
