Pelican Perch - Lot 1

Our waterfront cottages are just a short drive to some of the area's favorite restaurants, breweries & 7 minutes from Saint George Island. Throw a line from the dock, head out on your boat or hit the water in your kayak. They can accommodate up to 6 guest & feature a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, queen bedroom, bunk beds, pull-out-coach, flat screen TV's & a back porch overlooking the bay. We are also located next door to a public boat ramp with parking, Sfd retail market & bait-tackle-shop.

Healing Waters Retreat

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Sleeps up to 6 people. If you love fishing or want to spend some time on the beautiful St George Island you are only 5 miles away and 7 miles to the historical Apalachicola which is also known for the best small town shopping. Great restaurants all over to choice from. Lots of seafood! The property's owner has lived in Eastpoint over sixty years. She is well respected and takes pride in her community and welcomes you to come take a visit at her hometown.

Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

Family Tides -Cozy Coastal Getaway

This 1b/1bx cottage is cozy, light, bright, and clean and has one of the best locations in Franklin County. A peaceful neighborhood setting away from traffic and congestion, yet only a 5-minute stroll to the Apalachicola Bay. Has its own parking and room to park a boat and/or personal watercraft w/trailer. If you are looking for a laid-back, quiet getaway, then Family Tides is the place for you. If you are looking for a wild & crazy party atmosphere, you won't find it here

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Three Little Birds is a spacious and comfortable private apartment attached to our main home in Eastpoint, Florida. It is located less than a block away from St. George Sound, Apalachicola Bay. Central to Franklin county, a 10 minute drive will take you to beautiful St. George Island or to quaint Apalachicola and picturesque Carrabelle is a just a 15 minute ride away. Located in the heart of East Point, FL and within minutes to local restuarants, brewery, coffee shop, bait & tackle store, public boat ramps and the beautiful beaches of St. George Island. Easy access to the waterways of St. George Island, Carabelle & Apalachicola. Plenty of boat parking available on our private, spacious lot. We are pet friendly!

Taradise

This apartment is connected to my main home here in Eastpoint, FL: The Gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!
