This bed sit looks out two large windows/doors, onto beautiful bush and a creek bordered by huge manna gums. The main house's back garden surrounds the unit which is full of light and beauty. There is a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom and a small kitchen area with a microwave, jug, toaster, sandwich maker and bar fridge and a small couch with a large TV. There is also a small desk for work. It is cleaned under AirB&B procedures ; a beautiful space, with a private entrance.

Bluestone Farm Cottage 19th Century - 3BR w/ View

Welcome to Karool Cottages, your country getaway in Mernda Victoria. This historic 1853 cottage was built of locally quarried bluestone, 'Karool' being the local aboriginal word for bluestone. It originally served as a shepherd's hut, grain store, and carriage room. Super quite and private space well maintained and super clean. Perfect place to recharge your batteries or explore Wallan and surrounding areas (e.g. Kilmore, Broadford). There is a sofa bed in the living area that can accomodate guest/s or children.

Self Contained Unit in Mill Park.

A fully self contained unit at the back of my property with access to the shared pool and alfresco area. The unit overlooks the pool. Please note the unit is very close to the main house. I also have a cat rescue and at any given time there could be several cats roaming the back yard so if you have a dog, it can not be let out off leash. I am also currently looking after 1 large dog.
