This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.It is a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Your pet will love the spacious backyard. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. Please note there is not a bath tub but a shower only. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has the double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook. We have it stocked with the essential seasonings as well as coffee, sugar, etc.

This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

Williams Lakehouse @Calion Lake is located 15 minutes from El Dorado. This beautiful 1,200 sq ft open floor plan lake house sits on 2.5 acres of gated water-front property. Inside the property, you will find a 75 inch tv, two queen sofa beds, one murphy bed (enclosed within the barn doors), a wood burning fireplace, and an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property includes a 60 ft long floating dock, fire pit, and a grill.

The Lion House in El Dorado

Come stay at a great location minutes away from all the major attractions in El Dorado. Close to downtown events and activities. Quiet safe neighborhood if you need to get some work from home done as well. A king bed, queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds with onsite laundry. Fenced in backyard however we do not allow pets. Two bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone to get ready. No smoking allowed inside but allowed in the backyard.
