The studio is part of the house, but not shared, and has a private entrance and patio area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, the beach and popular downtown area are a 5 minute drive. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.
