You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Sandkasten, Schaukel und Klettergerüst im Garten zum spielen. Gottlieben Cafe und 2 Restaurants am Seerhein die bezaubern. Die Wohnung hat eine niedrige Deckenhöhe, und ist hellhörig. Wir Gastgeber ( Familie mit 3 Kleinkinder) wohnen oben drüber und Tritte sind von uns zu hören. Sauna (2 Personen)

Unsere Unterkunft ist optimal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Ein guter Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge, auch in die benachbarte Schweiz und Österreich. The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.

Zur Ausstattung der Unterkunft gehört eine grosse Schlafcouch (2.00 x 1.60) , eine Küchenzeile, Bad mit Dusche und WC, Fussbodenheizung, PKW-Stellplatz, TV, WLAN, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in unserem Garten.

Das auf Stelzen stehende Seehaus befindet sich direkt am Bodensee. Auf der Terrasse und von innerhalb des Hauses lassen sich wunderbar die Landschaft, die Atmosphäre am Ufer und dem See sowie die Sonnenaufgänge beobachten. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich an sehr ruhiger Lage ausserhalb der Ortschaft und eignet sich für Ruhesuchende, welche sich gerne mit Natur umgeben.
