The property is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Booderee National Park, the famous Jervis Bay beaches and a further 5 minutes will take you to the many cafes and restaurants in Huskisson. The property is well fenced and dog friendly.

A perfect space just for one, a couple or small family with an infant. Ideal for travellers, short stays, for business people and local vistors. When you don’t need extra rooms to be on holdiays or to rest up and be comfortable. Little Loralyn Studio is a fully equipped small place with a private enclosed courtyard and outdoor area, located across the road from the waterways of St Georges Basin. Well behaved pets or one infant may stay upon request, and when added to the booking.

Ted's Cottage is in Vincentia less than 220mts to pristine waters of Jervis Bay & a 15 minute drive to the world famous Hyams Beach. The key safe code will be sent to you early on the day of your arrival. Free Wi-Fi & linen are included except beach towels. Teds is cosy & well equipped with all your basic needs including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing powder, shampoo, condition & body wash. The lounge does fold out to a double bed. We offer a patio at the rear of the unit for our guests to enjoy the afternoon sun in winter or the fresh air of the south coast on a summer morning.

Vincentia Beach House

Cosy two bedroom home close to Vincentia shops and Collingwood Beach. Huskisson, Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park are nearby. House is set on a large block with lawns. Guests must provide their own sheets and towels. The house is comfortable for up to four people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, heating/cooling, high speed internet and lounge area. Outside there are lawn areas and a secure backyard with a patio and BBQ area.

Warrain Cottage

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. It's perfect for a family, couple, or small group of friends. Air conditioning included.

Soak up the sunshine, sip on spritzers, and witness amazing dawn skies, all on my sun-drenched deck overlooking the sparkling waters of the bay. Mid-week stays make for magical, uncrowded stretches of sand, with less of the monopoly that the weekends bring about. This is Sandy feet and salty hair.

My little guesthouse has been listed on Airbnb for 9 years now. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to shops/cafes/restaurants. Minutes to the beach. It boasts its own hot tub exclusively for guest use. I charge no cleaning fees which means my guests save big dollars. Other features include fire pit, outdoor kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine & Wifi. The yard is fully fenced and the property is per friendly.
