Spacious, comfy private home with plenty of living space, incl an expansively decked & secure rear yard. The house is furnished for your comfort, including well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for 10 guests, BBQ, & Wifi. 4 bedrooms sleep 8guests, +sofabed in the loungeroom for 2 extra. There's a cot set up, & a PortaCot is available on request. The area is quiet & peaceful, with lots of local options from nature to adrenaline. Warringa Cottage Studio

This studio apartment is located at the bottom of the property, and is part of the house. It has private access via quite a number of stairs from an off-street guest parking spot. The studio is conveniently located in The Hills, only 700m from Tecoma train station and a 15 minute walk to Belgrave and Upwey shops. The back yard is a shared space with the home occupants, along with 3 chickens named Poached, Scrambled and Fried, who free range in a fenced off section of the garden during the day.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located unit in Edithvale. - 300m to beautiful Edithvale Beach - 150m to Edithvale Train Station - walking distance to cafes, restaurants and IGA - easy access to Melbourne via the train - two stations away from Mordialloc which has many restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. Cosy beachside unit, large backyard, queen size bed, sofa which folds out to queen size bed, great for families. Onsite parking suitable for small car.

This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you.
