It shares the pool with the other Villas. By car, it is located 5 minutes away from the city centre, 5 minutes away from the beach of Agios Ioannis and 3 minutes away from the nearest Supermarkets and Gas Stations. Agios Nikitas and Kathisma beach, are 12 and 20 minutes away repsectively. It can host up to 5 people.

The studio is located in the new part of the town, in the wider area of the Leukadian olive grove. It is just a ten minute walk from the historic centre of the town where one can find many restaurants, bars and shops along the pedestrian road of the marketplace.
