This simple green and open property is conveniently located VERY near many beautiful springs and paddling trips on the Sante Fe river. The home includes a full kitchen with stove, cooking essentials, Keurig and a couple complementary coffee pods. There is also a fridge/freezer, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Two TV’s, a 55 inch and 40 inch. The wifi is lightning fast. Outside in the backyard there is a gazebo with a picnic table. There are also two carports to park in.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor and the living room, dining room, kitchen and washer/ dryer are on the first floor. Guests have access to the community pool as well.
