Ce logement parfaitement situé au centre du village offre un accès facile à toutes les commodités. Il se situe à 50 mètres des transports public vous pouvez ainsi vous rendre au centre de Neuchâtel en 20 minutes de bus. Une place de parque est aussi mise à disposition gratuitement. Il y a un lave linge payant (CHF 2.- pour une heure de lavage) dans la buanderie commune de l'immeuble. Il est à disposition du studio un vendredi sur deux (Studio 1 sur le plan).
