The home is cozy and quaint yet full of life. You’ll feel at home as soon as you enter and is an incredible gathering home. Come stay for football games, wedding party housing, parents weekend, or for just a Statesboro adventure. This house is right downtown and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the brewery, and 5 minutes from campus, movies, and grocery stores. Quiet country home located minutes from GSU campus

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Old Hardy Place home is situated on a pecan tree lined dirt road only 10 minutes from Statesboro and Georgia Southern University campus. 1 hour to Savannah and 1.5 hours to Augusta master’s. Also known as Oma’s, this house can comfortably sleep 5 people (additional charge for over 4 people) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. We also offer a fenced yard for your pet for an additional fee ($75)

Pondgeechee Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. "Pondgeechee Lodge" is in Statesboro, Georgia, home of the Georgia Southern Eagles and is the guest lake house on Freeman Farm's 32 acre lake. The Farm is a 300-acre retreat located between a half mile stretch of the Ogeechee River and Pondgeechee Pond. The newly renovated "Pondgeechee Lodge" has all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of places to sit and relax, lots of outdoor space to roam, soft beds, and Wi-Fi.

This home is lovingly named “The Little House” because it sits on the same property as our larger Barndominium home (The Big House). The home is set up for our friends and family, so it has all the basic necessities for your stay. 12 miles from Di-Lane WMA. 14 miles from Big Duke Pond WMA. 1 hour from Augusta. Less than 2 hours from Savannah. A walk-in cooler is available for game. A stocked pond is located on the property as well as other outdoor amenities. Bring your fishing poles!

The Cottage at Cypress Lake

Welcome to the Cottage at Cypress Lake! Relax with the whole family at the cottage just 15 minutes away from Statesboro, GA and Georgia Southern University. This newly renovated one story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage sleeps 8, and has a spacious living room. There is plenty of room to gather inside and outside. Outside areas include screened porches, an outside eating area, gas grill, fire pit and kayaks for you to enjoy. Please note that this is not an event venue.

Bobcat Bungalow - Swainsboro, Georgia

Welcome to newly renovated Bobcat Bungalow! Kitchen renovated and updated 2025, along with all new hardwood floors throughout. This centrally located 2-bedroom, sleeper sofa (3 beds total), and 1 bath home offers spacious bedrooms and an open floorplan for the kitchen and living area. The whole group will have easy access to Swainsboro, East Georgia State College, Swainsboro Speedway, and the local fairgrounds. We know you will love it as much as we do.

The open floor plan includes a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, plus a washer/dryer for convenience. Just minutes from popular wedding venues Quinney Oaks and The Venue at 21 East, it's an ideal retreat with all the comforts of home in a peaceful setting.

Escape to “Simplicity,” a serene private studio apartment and true home-away-from-home. Queen bed + queen sleeper sofa, vanity/work areas, and a full kitchen. Tucked behind our main house with covered parking—perfect for rainy South GA days—on the quiet outskirts of town. Drive times (approx.): • Statesboro/GSU: ~30 min • Pembroke, Metter, Reidsville, Glennville: ~25 min or less • Savannah & Hinesville: ~1 hour
