Climb the many mountains in the area, some within walking distance of our front door or explore the local walks. Visit the grave of Rob Roy MacGregor or curl up infront of our woodburning stove with some hot cocoa and a good book.

On two levels it comprises a lounge & kitchenette with open fire on the ground floor and a massive, kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathroom upstairs, all tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. Attached to the main cottage, it is totally self-contained, with access to the garden and dedicated large patio for guests. The accommodation is pet friendly with amazing views.

Lochside Cottage has stunning loch views, is pet-friendly, has new satellite internet in Jan 2024 and a wood-burning stove. It sleeps 8 (+2 ) with all bed linen/towels provided. It is a beautiful rural location, surrounded by forests and mountains, with various shops and attractions available within a hour's drive. Lochside Cottage is near many different lochs, woodland walks, and mountains, which all have their own character. It is very quiet and peaceful, and is an ideal waterside retreat.

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Ethel’s Coorie Doon is a self-contained shepherd’s hut nestled within the grounds of Craig Villa Guest House. Fully insulated, fully equipped, and boasts mountain views. Ethel's Coorie Doon is perfect for couples and solo adventurers who want to explore the local area. We welcome up to 2 furry friends, but please note, there is a pet fee of £14. We provide information for local walks and hidden gems, local restaurants and pubs. We provide free parking and storage if you arrive by bike.

Extremely warm and cosy hut with double glazing and log burning stove. Situated in the heart of a forest, on a hill with views down to Loch Voil. Perfect for walkers, cyclists, writers, artists....anyone looking for peace and quiet and instant access to the great outdoors. To reach the cabin you will need to drive for 3 miles on a forestry track. It is rough and has plenty of potholes so is not for the unadventurous or for those with low slung sports cars. A 4x4 is not necessary.

Welcome to our Cabin on the Loch. Our custom built cabin on stilts over the pristine Loch Venachar. Situated in the heart of the Trossachs, not far from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling. It is a totally private secret escape. This is truly a place to relax and to get away from it all. Just sit on the deck, or take a stroll along the banks of the Loch. The cabin sleeps 2 people and is totally private. A wonderful location for fishing, walking and cycling, (or just chilling).

Built in 1900 and thourougly modernised and cosy, Lochside House is in a stunning, tranquil setting beside Loch Katrine in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Lochside House is the right-hand quarter of the building in the pictures; lawn/garden is not included. Just refurbished with new kitchen and main bathroom. Perfect for larger family gatherings and quiet, outdoorsy holidays. Bookable together with Lochside Apartment or on its own.
