Casa Limon

Welcome to Casa Limon, a private and romantic garden retreat nestled in the foothills of Santa Barbara. Originally designed as the master suite of our home and located on the lower level with its own private entrance, Casa Limon offers a peaceful escape surrounded by citrus trees, lush gardens, and mountain views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the secluded patio, then explore downtown Santa Barbara, beaches, wineries, hiking trails, shopping, and exceptional dining-all just minutes away.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Mountain View - Serenity Minutes from Downtown

Amazing view of mountains and undeveloped coastal hills. This quiet studio situated in natural setting, was once the master suite for the original house. It is separated from the house by a breezeway with looked doors at both ends. Unit has private parking and entrance. Floor to ceiling window take advantage of the view, but design of the structure and the landscaping maintain your privacy. Unit has separate kitchen, bathtub, shower, washer and dryer.

Garden Studio near the beach

This is a cozy garden studio 10 minutes walk through the neighborhood to the private beach and 10 minutes drive to Santa Barbara. It’s a great place for a retreat. The studio has a kitchenette, bathroom, comfy queen bed, and french doors opening up to a private sunny sitting area. It has a parking area and a pathway to the entrance. There are endless paths for walking or riding bikes on the beautiful More Mesa preserve, short walk from the studio.

Welcoming Homestay Apartment located in the SB foothills with great views of the mountains, ocean, and islands. Semi private as hosts live on property. Has its own entry/patio. Large Sunny Studio 7 min Drive to Downtown & UCSB

Pool Ranch is located midway between Downtown Santa Barbara and UCSB, the studio is very close to the Bike Path, 3 golf courses, restaurants, and shopping. Across the street is the Modoc Nature Preserve and Obern Bike Trail. Hendry's beach is a short 7 minute drive or one can take the scenic route through Hope Ranch. The studio is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families (with kids).

Very clean 1BR (10x10’), 1 small BA, small LR(10x14’) and private patio! 1/2 mi from the bluffs! All essentials: microwave,smartTV, WiFi, minifridge, coffee,snacks. Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.

Canyon Escape close to UCSB, the beach & golf.

1 Bedroom plus Loft with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Our beach themed unit is the ideal place to access all that the central coast has to offer. Cook a nice dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, sip a glass of wine on your private patio, or watch tv in the comfortable living room. Close to UCSB, Sandpiper Golf Course, the Beach and Bacara Resort and Spa. And get to the wine country in a half hour.

Stylish studio space on a woodsy lot the studio has an amazing cottage feel to it with a vaulted ceiling and hardwood floors. The bathroom is large and completely renovated. There is a patio space with a small bistro table and two chairs. It’s got great natural light. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and it’s set up with high speed WiFi and a flat screen TV.
