Das Haus, in welchem sich ein weiteres Apartment (B1), mit adäquater Kapazität befindet, liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Es ist beidseitig von einer großen Außenterasse umgeben, welche im hinteren Teil des Hauses, an einen dicht bewachsenen Wald grenzt und somit ungestörte, erholsame Stunden bietet. Ein ausreichend großer Privatparkplatz bietet vor dem Haus Platz für Ihre Fahrzeuge. Das klimatisierte Apartment "A1" verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und zwei verückbaren Einzelbetten, einer voll ausgestatteten offenen Küche einem gemütlichem Wohnbereich mit TV, Flur sowie einem Duschbad mit WC und Fön. In der Küche sind Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Backofen und eine Spüle integriert. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.
