Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

The property is surrounded by forests, boasts a private waterfall, views of the forest and a community firepit.

A gated gravel drive leads to our Off-Grid glamper situated on mountaintop acreage bordering Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cherokee National Forest land. The private, pet-friendly treehouse is equipped with solar power and vented, indoor compost toilet. Rest from adventures on ultra comfy beds, cook meals in your covered, outdoor kitchenette and dine al fresco in the trees, take a clean, hot shower from the rain-collection system, and charge your devices via the charging station.

Wilderness Tiny Cabin

Overnight guests at the WILDERNESS Tiny Cabin are very special people. The only way to reach the secluded cabin is by taking the mountain hiking trail and back or request to be driven to the cabin via 4-wheeler($10 additional cost for drive in and drive out) . The trail is 800ft consistent of the opulent and incredibly diverse flora and fauna,providing a rewarding adventure. The WILDERNESS cabin is setting in the forest among the trees overlooking the Smoky Mountain range in high altitude.

Imagine yourself lounging by our fire pit with a local brew or taking in the mountain views from the hot tub then creating an amazing meal. Detox in our cedar sauna after a long hike. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

Enjoy the private spacious porch complete with hot tub, hammocks, rocking chairs, and outdoor dining. Fire up the gas grill for a cookout, or wind down around the firepit under the stars. In a true country setting—expect barking dogs, buzzing bugs, and plenty of rustic charm. Pet-friendly too!

Located 12 minutes from Maggie Valley, 20 minutes from downtown Waynesville, and 30 minutes from Asheville and Cataloochee Valley.

Our cabin offers a great mountain getaway with a beautiful mountain view. We are centrally located to everything Eastern TN has to offer. When you're not exploring the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, enjoy your mornings on the front porch watching the sunrise and evening sunsets sipping on your favorite beverage near the firepit. Please read our entire listing prior to booking. All Wheel Drive or a 4 Wheel Drive vehicle is required all year around.

Cabin Kisa

This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin is a BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ safe space, partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel.
