This adorable studio apartment is located in the back of a gorgeous 1910 jewel of a home in Tobin Hill. It features a kitchenette with a sink, a refrigerator and a microwave. A peaceful place to come and relax. There is a private balcony off the back where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the horses and listen to the birds, it's like being in a treehouse! The sunsets are amazing here! You can count the stars on a clear night. Come enjoy it all for yourself!

The Loft downtown

Located in downtown Gonzales, this historic fully restored building was built in 1888. Comfortable loft apartment with a queen size bed, and fold out couch with queen mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances, Keurig, washer and dryer, and WIFI . Private parking in the back. The loft is great for a weekend away or a girls trip. We also accommodate business travelers with extended rate fee's. Please note it does require climbing stairs up to apartment.

Penthouse Apartment at Brickner Guest House

This is one of few places in the Hill country and still be 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Its located on 43 acres, and offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there will be a second gate, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek our back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. We do supply coffee, sugar and creamer.

Scenic Treehouse Apartment

This beautifully furnished, treehouse-styled apartment is perfect for your getaway. The 6.5 acre tract of land is less than 20 minutes from downtown Austin. The apartment itself is approximately 825 sqft, and is located above the main floor of Lotus Bend Sanctuary, a meeting and retreat center. The land it sits has been sculpted over 30 years by local landscaper & owner, Alfonso Carlon. *please note the property is accessible by stairway
