The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Charming guesthouse in historic Beaufort. Two blocks from Front St with the shops, restaurants, beautiful boats and waterfront! Private parking and access along a brick path, surrounded by an English garden. Inside you will find a spacious Living Room with 50” TV, full kitchen, full bath with tiled glass shower, and a roomy Bedroom with a built in bunk room. There is a private patio, with seating, a fire pit and a public dock 3 houses away for fishing, crabbing, kayaking and swimming!

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.
