Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Haus Wienerroither

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Unser Haus liegt im Zentrum von Hochfilzen. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um im Sommer Wander-, Fahrrad- oder Mountainbike-Touren zu unternehmen. Im Winter liegt das Skigebiet Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm für Alpin-Ski nur 5 Minuten per Auto entfernt. Langlaufloipen sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof ist in unmittellbarer Nähe. Kurtaxe Euro 2,80 pro Person pro Nacht extra bei der Ankunft bar zu bezahlen sb November 2025 wird auf 3,90€ erhöht.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Naša novoizgrađena planinska kuća u alpskom prirodi je ekskluzivna kuća za odmor izgrađena od lokalnih prirodnih materijala kao što su staro drvo, borovo drvo i prirodni kamen. Direktno na biciklističkoj stazi Tauern s pogledom na planinsku stanicu Areitbahn i okolnu prirodu, ovdje ćete pronaći savršen odmor. Samostojeća kada i naša borova sauna su svakako među stvarima koje nije tako lako pronaći negdje drugdje.

Naš Glückhoch2 je lako pronaći! Postoji samo jedna glavna raskrsnica u Hochfilzenu. Skrenite tamo – odmah ćete vidjeti Glückhoch² s lijeve strane. Drvena obloga na gornjem spratu, kamen i gips ispod, velika nadstrešnica za auto – teško je ne primijetiti! Parking: Jednostavno odaberite odgovarajuće mjesto ispod nadstrešnice ili na parkiralištu. Svaki stan ima jedno natkriveno i jedno standardno parking mjesto.
