Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. Quiet, quaint, convenient! This unique space offers serene country views, just a short 10 minute drive from the state capitol and its trending historic down town. Built in 1925 with locally quarried limestone, converted to a tiny house in 2000, this is one structure of many on the property that has been added to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).
