Casita Montalbano Private Guadalupe River Access

Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with a private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car, five minutes walking). Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. Pet friendly - we love dogs (and all animals) and welcome your fur babies!

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

If you are looking for a great little hill country cabin in the Hill Country then check out the AMAZING Texas Haus. The Texas Haus cabin has all the comforts of home. You’ll enjoy an open floor plan centered around a king size bed with beautiful linens. You’ll also appreciate the full kitchen, dining area and cozy sitting area complete with a cozy fireplace. As the Texas Haus is a private cabin, you will of course have your own private bathroom with stand alone shower and gorgeous jetted tub.

Get back to the basics in a peaceful cozy cabin at FoxFire in Vanderpool. Enjoy reconnecting with nature with a walk or swim in the Sabinal River, hike at Lost Maples Park, birdwatching, or enjoying the stars and a campfire at night! 2 Bedroom 1 bath fully furnished comfy cabins. No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Family and pet friendly!

We wanted to share this property and all its magic with anyone who genuinely appreciates the outdoors.
