We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. There is a unit in the back but they have a separate entrance and do not share the yard. The back unit does take the trash cans to the alley on Tuesdays.
