The spacious house with an excellent space distribution offers common places for everyone. Just please, be extremely careful with the stairs created for the balcony located in the master room and for the basement bedroom, which are very steep when climbing up and down it.

We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.
