Las instalaciones del condominio cuentan con 3 piscinas siendo una de ellas semi olímpica, area de trabajo, dos ranchos con parrillas de gas, tele, mesa de billar y futbolín así como gym y una cancha multiuso. El apartamento está totalmente equipado con dos aires en la zona común así como aires en ambos cuartos.
