RR is equipped with everything you need for some R&R! We also have yard games, a hot tub, grill and fire pit to enjoy! We are 19 miles to Dollywood and 27 miles to The Smoky Mountain National Park.

With mountain views and lake front access, you'll have time to relax, fish, boat, kayak and view the mountains from the back porch. 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge (Dollywood) and 45 minutes from Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain Nation Park. There is plenty of additional parking for car trailers if you are going to rod runs or watercraft at nearby lakes.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
