Penthouse is located 15 min walking distance from the city center. There is kitchen, dining room, large living room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two-floor stone house, with a sleeping room, living room, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen. It was built originally in 1711., it's in the center of Jelsa. It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. It's no more than 100 meters from the sea. A small terrasse, overlooking our garden, is perfect to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.

You are as close as you can be to the sea and only hundred meters away from Hvar harbor which is the center of all happenings during summer here in Hvar. Just in front of the house there is a beautiful beach. Hvar seafront, famous for numerous luxurious yachts and exclusive restaurants and clubs like Carpe Diem, is just 100 meters away. Everything is reachable on foot

Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

A studio apartment relatively close to the town square (5 minutes away on foot) with a gorgeous view of the town and sea. Has both a small terrace and a balcony from which you can enjoy the view. In front of the house, we have a private parking in case you arrive by car. The apartment is on the second floor, and we live on the ground floor, so if you need anything, there will always be someone around to help you. The apartment was renovated in 2020.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
