In ground floor is large living room (55m2) with open kitchen and fireplace, one bedroom with double bed, shower and sauna. In first floor is a bedroom with king size bed and single bed, one bedroom with two single beds, roof terraces with beautiful views. Both bedrooms in first floor have separate entrances to shower/WC. Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).

This cozy place is perfect for group celebrations and family gatherings. Very beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Large sauna and large property to hang out. Sauna is free if there is more then 6 people. Otherwise there is €50 charge per day
