At the end of our quiet street is the Beltline, an 8 mile walking and biking trail connecting a number of ATL hot spots. Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

This newly updated 5,600 SF ranch house sits tucked into a very private 7 acre Hickory forest overlooking a private 2 acre lake teeming with Bass and other game fish. Welcome to our spacious one-bedroom apartment in Duluth, Georgia! Enjoy easy access to the highway for convenient travel. Perfect for a relaxing and fun-filled stay! Also, please know that we understand that noise maybe a constant frustration to guest, just remember that a complete elimination of noise is not possible. Parking is limited!
