The 300 acre property shares a 2.5km border with the Grampians National Park and backs onto the stunning western escarpment of the Mt. Difficult Range. The farm house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 bathrooms. A breezeway connects the living spaces to the sleeping spaces. Some of the best walks in The Grampians are a short drive away (Mt. Zero, Mt. Stapylton, Hollow Mt., Zummsteins, McKenzie Falls).

Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.

Whitby House is set in a lush garden, and features rooms decorated with old world charm. It offers a private, self-contained arrangement, with a separate entrance. It can accommodate between one to four guests. Whitby House features a lounge/dining room, kitchenette, large bathroom, and two spacious bedrooms. A cot and baby bath are available upon request.
