Χτισμένο σε πλαγιά με μοναδική θέα, προσφέρεται για φιλοξενία οικογενειών και φίλων. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό με τζάκι, συνεχόμενα με την κουζίνα , την τραπεζαρία και το WC.
