This lovely located studio apartment with beautiful sea view is perfect for 2 people, but it can accommodate 4 as well! It is located next to the hotel Radisson inn, only 200 m from the beach (5 min walking), 3 km from the center ( 5-10 min.by bus or 30 min walking). Bus station is located in front of the building and buses are going in the center each 20 min. Nearby are several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.The area is ideal place for cycling, running along the promenade next to the sea.

The apartment we offer is on the ground floor, orientated on south-east, surrounded by garden. The studio is located cca 500 m from the North entrance to the Diocletian palace and most of main city historical attractions. The apartment we offer shares the same entrance hall with our other studio apartment for rent.

You have private parking spot in front of the house, but you do not need car because apartman is near by coffe shop, restaurant, store, post office, bank, beach, hair salon, nail salon, baber shop...Split, Trogir, Aci Marina, Krka and other pleaces are close to Kaštel Sućurac. Apartman is adjusted for older people who are limited with moving.

For ferry harbor, main train and bus stations you have to walk 1o minutes.
