A beautiful,traditional home with a lovely veranda and a view of the sea and the mountain.The building is traditional with materials from the region,which are in harmony with the environment. The house is located in the picturesque village of Kefalas and can accommodate up to 3 guests.It has a bedroom,a fully equipped kitchen,a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom.The distance to the beach is about 10 min,while in the village there are cafes and restaurants, small shops and stores.

A fully renovated (June '19) 31m² studio apt located on the 1st floor, just steps away from the square of Georgioupolis and only about 150m from the beach. The apt is surrounded by various amenities including grocery stores, souvenir shops, traditional Cretan tavernas, cafés, bars, rental services for cars, motorbikes and bicycles, a free parking area and an open-air municipal gym. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.
