Über viele Jahre haben wir uns in diesem Stück Paradies immer wieder neu verliebt: beim Skifahren, Wandern, Mountainbiken, Paragliding, Smaragde-Schürfen, an den größten Wasserfällen Europas in Krimml... Wildkogel-Arena ca. 5 Min, Ski-Gebiet Kitzbühel ca. 15 Min. Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun ca. 25 Min.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Chalet Maria is a traditional Austrian mountain retreat situated close to Maria Alm and right in the middle of the fantastic Hochkoenig skiing and hiking area. Ski in, Ski out! Besser kann man dieses wunderschöne, freistehende Chalet direkt an der Skipiste von Kirchberg nicht kennzeichnen. Morgens direkt auf die Piste, ohne Skibus oder Schlange stehen - phantastisch! Das Chalet steht an der Piste zur Fleckalmbahn. Das Chalet wurde 2016 renoviert und nach dem neuesten Standard eingerichtet. Skiraum bzw. Abstellraum ist direkt im gleichen Gebäude vorhanden.
